The FieldLink Configurator Program is used with CDI’s TRAXALL “X Series” transmitters. It uses a proprietary radio frequency USB dongle for wireless configuration.
With FieldLink Configurator, you can configure your transmitters wirelessly, with options such as selecting one of TRAXALL’s seven primary frequencies or the industry-standard 22Hz legacy frequency. The program provides true output power variability, giving you control over battery life versus transmission power, with a power slider to adjust output power.
You can choose between pulsing or continuous transmission modes, with the estimated battery life changing to reflect the new power requirements. If pulsing mode is preferred, the operator can define their own pulse pattern with almost infinite possibilities, making it easy to differentiate one pig from another if legacy 22Hz equipment is being used for pig tracking.
